Where the registrant does not want to present/publish his/her paper in the conference or wants to withdraw it, then the following refund arrangements apply:
- Cancellations more than 20 days before the event – 50% of the registration fees will be refunded.
- Cancellations less than 20 but more than 10 days before the event– 25% of the registration fees will be refunded. **( a) and (b) banking fee applies.
- Cancellations less than 10 days before the event– not eligible for a refund.
